Takedown process.

If you are a site operator and believe a catalog entry should be removed, here is exactly how to reach us and what happens next.

What to send

Email trust@hermai.ai with the following:

  • The schema URL (e.g. /schemas/example.com)
  • Your relationship to the site (authorized representative)
  • The specific concern (technical, legal, or business)
  • The outcome you're seeking (removal, modification, exclusion)

What happens next

  1. Acknowledgement within 72 hours. A human reads every takedown request. We'll confirm receipt and ask any clarifying questions.
  2. Review within one business week. We evaluate the request against our publisher posture and applicable legal context. Good-faith takedowns are almost always honored.
  3. Action and transparency. Schemas are removed or modified as agreed. The decision is logged in a public transparency report (aggregated, no personal data).
  4. Optional exclusion. If you'd like the site added to the permanent exclusion list, say so in your email. Future pushes will be rejected automatically.
